What is Cranial Osteopathy?
Cranial Osteopathy is a non-intrusive, intuitive treatment in which I work with your body's natural healing processes, using my highly developed sense of touch to identify subtle tension and tissue quality changes (areas of strain or dysfunction) throughout the body. My treatment is precise, quiet, and gentle, and can be applied to any part of your body, not just your head.
As my touch supports your body's natural ability to heal itself, my diagnosis and treatment approach naturally emerge. Areas presenting problems today were often affected by past events, accidents or injuries. Our bodies compensate so well, you may not know that anything was wrong, but the effects may be relevant to your current symptoms.
